Currently on the boards is a project for an ambitious developer in the Tampa Bay area. The scope involves moving a 117 year old home from it’s current location, to a vacant lot in south Tampa. Then the structure will be completely remodeled, inside and out, and converted into commercial office space. Great forward thinking that helps save our ever shrinking pool of historic properties from the wreaking ball. GGD is more than pleased to be providing both design and drafting services for the architectural portion AND drafting services for the engineering portion.
