To whom are services offered to? Primarily to building industry professionals. This includes architects, interior designers, contractors, cabinet and millwork fabricators and specialty consultants and tradespeople.
Under what business name are services rendered? Green Gargoyle Design legally operates as a sole proprietorship.
What software is used?  AutoCAD ® and Photoshop ®.
In what format do deliverables come in?   All clients are encouraged to receive deliverables via email or a Dropbox account. However, what ultimately dictates the format of deliverables is what works best for the client.
Can services be rendered at my office?   For the sake of efficiency, all services are rendered from the Green Gargoyle office. This keeps expenses such as travel time in check allowing for the savings to be passed to the client. However, meetings at your office to discuss and review projects can be arranged.
What type of turnaround time can I expect?  Projects are booked on a rolling queue, and scheduled according to their priority. Turnaround time is discussed on a project by project basis, before any work commences.
What does it cost?   All services are rendered on a reasonable, competitive, hourly rate dependent on the type of service requested.
What forms of payment are accepted? Checks made payable to “Tim Davis” are preferred, but cash and most major credit cards are fine.
When are balances due?  Within 30 days of invoice, or as agreed upon.
What about privacy and security of data?  We make every effort to ensure strict confidentiality and security of data sent. We use the latest security protocols concerning online transfer and management of critical data.
What drawing standards do you use?  GGD uses the CAD drafting standards you use in your office, as you describe them to us. However, at your request, GGD can also use our own tried and true drafting standards or even assist with setting up new standards for your own office.
Where do I begin?  An email or a phone call describing the scope of your need is a good way to begin. In fact, whether local or long distance, all clients are encouraged to do business from start-to-finish electronically. Click the contact link above for ways to get in touch.
How do I transmit all the necessary project background information?  To start, email all electronic files to tim.r.davis@greengargoyle.com. Please keep individual emails to around 15MB or smaller in size. After review and depending on your needs, the creation of a Dropbox account maybe the more efficient way to proceed.
What if my project is not in your office area?  It’s all about good communication and accurate background information. With e-mail, Skype and various other means, GGD is able to complete projects locally, nationally and internationally.
